Advanced Horizontal Pullups#1185

?

I seem to be struggling to get a set past 15 - 17 reps. I can do three sets at this but I have plateaued. Is this normal?

Feels like I am never going to complete this excercise. I have been at this level for around 3 weeks.

Heya - if you can get 15-17 reps in all of your sets, it could be a bit of an indicator that you aren’t pushing yourself enough in sets (but not necessarily); so I’d as a first step just make sure you’re really trying to push for as many (good) reps as you can, maybe you’re unintentionally holding back a little, it’s very common :)

Generally you should be seeing some progress after 3 weeks, even if not much - things slowing down isn’t too strange of course but it’s not a point of being so advanced that it should slow down quite that much :)
