Routine for Athlete#1195

Im a high school volleyball player. Currently 166 lbs at 5’11. I want to get stronger with good endurance and I don’t know which routine I should do. I also want to get more explosive if possible.

should i also be doing things such as plyometrics/sprints? when should i add that into hybrid 2.0?

You could definitely add plyometrics/sprints - though I’d work on a base of strength and endurance first (focusing on lighter running to start with) - and when you do add them, add them at the beginning of the session as you’ll want to be your freshest and most explosive; could even be earlier in the day and then doing part of the hybrid routine later in the day (and probably just on the same days as squats really!) :)

As Lars stated, start with 2.0 first. Its a great foundation and once thats built, we can start with more explosive movements youd mentioned😁
