Hi, I can now perfectly do 30x30x30 Wall Bridges, but can’t still do the Incline Bridges. Is there an intermediate Bridge a bit more strenghtening that leads to the Incline Bridge?
Thx and have nice day!
Danielle

Hey Danielle, awesome job hitting those 30x30x30 Wall Bridges! If the Incline Bridge is still giving you trouble, Id try the Tabletop Bridge as a step in between. It’s a solid way to build strength in your core, shoulders, and glutes without jumping straight into that incline.
To do it, sit with your feet flat and hands behind you, then lift your hips up so your body forms a table shape. Hold it for a few seconds, then lower back down. It’s not as intense as the Incline Bridge, but it’ll help get you there.
Try it and let us know if it helps! I think its the best move for you at the moment💪

Do you mean sitting on the floor and hands on the floor?
And what Isometric or other exercise can you offer instead of Advanced Kneeraises/Alternating Legraises, which feels bad in my lower back?
Thx for your help, Danielle

In answer to the first question ,yes. For the other question, Planks and Side Planks will be the perfect alternative for your lower back issues!

Ok, great! Thx.
And for the planks, how many sets and how many seconds/minutes per set?
Thx.

And for the Tabletop Bridge, how many sets and reps, pls? 🙏

So for the planks, 3 sets of 30 seconds minimum. If each of those are too easy, up the set time by 10 sec until its challenging.
For the bridges, 3 of 10 is a good place to start😊
