Maybe include a stretching routine that we should do before we do any of the workouts?

He does have a video of a brief warmup on YouTube (to be altered to the excercises you are doing that day). Maybe he could make a page for it that links from the wotd page, like he did for each individual excercise?
stretching before a workout isnt neccesaary and long held stretches arent really that good pre workout
but i agree, some sort of an warmup is needed
but need not be static stretching maybe some dynamics and running or something
