
I can do 3 sets of 40 incline push-ups but not a single advanced incline push-up. Is it that my arm is not strong enough

It may be triceps/shoulders that are underdeveloped. How are your dips/close grip pushups?

I can’t do a close dips pushups and dips yet but I can do a bench dip of 2 sets of 15

You can add another set for more volume or homd the position for more time! 😁
