Arthritis and squats#1554

I have mild arthritis in my knees. Squats can hurt. Is there something i can do to help with this?

I would highly recommend Wall Sits and also easing into the position as well as having something sturdy to grab once youe legs are tuckered out from holding the position. 3 sets till failure every other day to start for 1 month. Then start to work on daily progressions
