Change which movements appear in the routine?#1640

Hello, I recently activated the Premium because I was interested in practicing lunges and elbow levers. Also my living arrangement means that I can’t reliably practice pull ups with regularity, so I’d prefer to not have those in my routine. Do I need to create a custom routine to be able to make these changes?

Id say the easiest way to work lunges and elbow levers into your training (while skipping pullups for now) is to build a custom routine. The default programs will keep serving you pullup progressions because they’re part of the main track. If you don’t want those showing up, creating your own plan with lunges as your lower-body focus and elbow lever progressions for core/skill work is likely the way to go.

Thanks for the reply! I’ve used the default as a template and made a custom routine and it’s working well, just got served the first day of lunges.
