I have a large chest, so jumping is really painful. Is there something I can do instead?

Hey. This is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
Yeah, totally get that—jumping jacks can be rough if there’s a lot of movement in the chest area. You can swap them for low-impact versions that still get your heart rate up without the bounce. Try step jacks instead: same arm motion, but step one foot out to the side at a time instead of jumping. You can also do marching in place with arm swings or shadow boxing—both hit the same cardio effect while staying joint- and chest-friendly.
If you’ve got a good compression gear, that can help too, but if it’s still uncomfortable, those lower-impact alternatives will get the job done just as well.
