
Can I do cardio on Wednesday and Saturday and if yes please tell me which form of cardio I have to do and I’m asking this because in the hybrid routine 2.0 there is no cardio session.

Yeah, you can add cardio on Wednesdays and Saturdays—Hybrid 2.0 just focuses on strength, so it leaves that up to you. Stick to light or moderate stuff like brisk walking, cycling, or jump rope for about 20–40 minutes. If you want more conditioning, you can throw in short intervals—30 seconds fast, 90 seconds slow. Just keep it light enough that it doesn’t mess with your recovery or main workouts.
