Hello ! I was wondering if there was a setting to adjust workouts to be less wrist heavy? I have a deformity in my wrists and it hurts to do things that put a lot of weight on them like push ups and things. Thanks for any help!

Hey. This is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
There isn’t a setting to make the workouts less wrist-heavy right now, but there are ways to modify the exercises so you can train safely. For pushups, planks, and similar moves, you can use closed fists, pushup bars, or even do them on your knuckles if that’s comfortable—this keeps your wrists straight instead of bent. You can also shift to forearm-based variations like forearm planks or wall pushups to keep the pressure off entirely.
If you’re dealing with pain or deformity, always work in a pain-free range and focus on what feels stable. You’ll still build strength without aggravating your wrists.
