This isn’t really a exercise question but can you do the grip preparation slowly because started noticing cracking noises everytime I try do it fast and yesterday when I was doing it, it became worse and now I feel pain in my wrists area.

Yeah, go slow on the grip prep for now. Cracking isn’t automatically bad, but if it’s paired with pain, that’s a red flag that something’s irritated..most likely the tendons or small stabilizers around your wrist. Stop doing the fast reps and any motion that causes discomfort. Give your wrists a few days to rest, ice them a couple times a day, and avoid loading or bending them under pressure. Once they feel normal again, start back with very slow, controlled movements and short sessions. The goal is smooth control, not speed.
