The Description of Wall Push-Ups#1722

I downloaded the app because I saw your YouTube channel and thought it was for me.

“This guy makes me feel like I can workout. Like . . . for real. And, he even shows demonstrations for people who don’t have normal environments. If only he had an app- gasp!”

I’ve never worked out before and am pretty much lethargic in my everyday life. I am also very insecure about working out, as I am very weak and cannot even do “girl push-ups.” Wall Push-Ups made me feel so much better about myself, as I thought I was making progress towards being able to do an actual push-up.

It’s been a couple weeks and I haven’t been able to do more than 15 Wall Push-Ups at a time. I went to look at the tutorial to see if i was doing something wrong and found this,

“ . . . wall push-ups are not much harder than opening doors . . .”

I nearly cried and just kinda lied there for a few minutes because that hurt. Please change it to something else.

I didn’t know what else to tag this question as, sorry.

The fact that you’re doing wall push-ups at all, showing up consistently, and working through something that feels hard to you already puts you ahead of where you started. That’s real progress, even if the number hasn’t moved yet.
You’re not doing anything wrong, and being at 15 reps after a couple of weeks is completely normal for someone starting from zero. Wall push-ups aren’t “easy” if your body isn’t used to pushing, stabilizing, and coordinating yet. I’ll pass this feedback along
