There are some weeks where, either due to life events or joint recovery needs, I end up skipping a workout. When I reopen the app the next day, though, the workout I was meant to do the day before has been skipped as though I completed the routine as planned.
Could the app/routine be set up to suggest the next exercise session in sequence, instead of always auto-moving through the intended schedule? I want to be able to stick to the sequence easily, even when I take an unexpected rest day.

Hey. Chrys here, one of the trainers at Hybrid. You’re not doing anything wrong. Right now the app is calendar-based, not sequence-based, so it assumes a missed day was a rest day and moves on automatically.
At the moment there isn’t a setting to force the routine to “pick up where you left off.” The best workaround is to just do the workout you missed next, even if the app shows a different one for that day. Skipping a day won’t hurt your progress, and doing the sessions in order manually is totally fine.
