Bent leg twists form questions#1741

Hello, I’m currently working on bent leg twists but I’m concerned my form or posture Is wrong and making the exercise easier than it should be

For example, crossing my leg from one side to the other is fine, but I struggle getting my other leg to reach back to my butt cheeks, so I use my hand to pull it into position. From there im fine, but is it a bad habit to manually pull my leg into position? There’s no pain or discomfort.

I also noticed that when reaching my hand to the ground, I can currently barely reach with my fingers, but I find I’m unintentionally pushing my elbow into my bent leg to push myself further into the stretch. Again, no pain or discomfort, but will this diminish the results of the exercise? Thank you
