Can I just do elbow presses instead of pull ups? I don’t have anything to do the exercise but ofc I wanna follow the routine.

Hey, Chrys here. One of the trainers at Hybrid.
Elbow presses aren’t really a pull so they won’t replace pull-ups because you’re not actually training your back or lats much.
If you don’t have anything to hang from, look for something horizontal you can pull on. Sturdy table rows, desk rows, even a bedsheet over a solid door if it’s safe. If none of that works, you can do floor “reverse snow angels” or prone back squeezes for now. Not perfect, but better than skipping pulling completely.

If yoi habe access to a resistance band or weights, you could do pulling movements with that, like a row. Or a canister of water, a filled backpack… something that gives you resistance.
Of course it’s not the same as a pullup, but you’d still work your back muscles.
