
Is there a way to adjust the level 1 knee raises? I am getting a pain in the lower right area of my abs during the exercise and it is more than just a muscle ache.

If it’s sharp or feels deeper than normal muscle fatigue, stop forcing the reps. Pain like that usually means the exercise is a bit too aggressive right now.
Try bending the knees more, lifting them less high, or doing single knee raises instead of both at once. You can also switch to a dead bug or simple bent knee marches for now.
If the pain keeps showing up even with easier versions, skip knee raises for a bit and let it settle before coming back to them.
