The app has a quick and zippy set up, but then I’m launched into my first workout day and the first exercise is pullups… But I don’t have a pull up bar or rings or anything! I’m honestly surprised the app doesn’t have some sort of explanation for this, especially when I specifically choose “at home” workout…. So what’s my solution?

Yeah that’s a common snag. “At home” doesn’t always mean you have a pull-up setup. All good tho.For now just swap pull-ups for some kind of row. If you’ve got a sturdy table or desk, do inverted rows. If not, loop a towel or sheet over a solid door and row from there. Even resistance band rows work. Id recommend inverted rows
