Hi, can I please request for Join Strengthening Exercises. I found myself always having pain in my elbow whenever I’m doing extreme exercises such us one arm pull ups and push up.

If your elbows are hurting during stuff like that, that usually means the joints and tendons aren’t ready for that level yet. Back off the extreme variations for now and rebuild the joint tolerance.
Start adding slower reps, controlled negatives, and some light isometrics. Things like slow push-up holds, dead hangs, and very controlled rows help the elbows adapt without beating them up. Also keep your grip and forearms strong. A lot of elbow pain actually comes from weak forearms.
I’d also check out some of the joint and isometric work I cover on my NoLimitSquad channel. I’ve got a few videos showing how to strengthen tendons and connective tissue with isometrics. Those are really helpful for elbow issues and can make a big difference when you go back to harder calisthenics.
