What can I do instead of rings or a pull up bar? I have neither

You just need something you can pull toward you.
Best options imo. Sturdy table or desk rows if you’ve got one. Towel or sheet over a solid door (only if it’s safe) Resistance band rows if you have bands
If none of that works, do floor back work. Prone “snow angels” or just lying face down and pulling your elbows back, squeezing your upper back hard.
Not perfect, but it keeps your pulling muscles active until you get proper equipment.
