For full twists do I hold it for more minutes now because I can hit every level and I still wanna do the exercise without changing it.

If you’ve maxed the levels, don’t just turn it into a long hold contest. You’ll get more out of making it harder, not longer. Keep the holds around 10–30 seconds, but clean. Add difficulty by going deeper, slowing the transition, pausing mid-rotation, or reducing how much you use your hands for support. If you just keep extending time into minutes, it turns into endurance and you lose the strength and control benefits. So same exercise, just higher quality and more control, not longer.
