I wanna know how to make the exercises more harder so that in the future when I complete all the levels to the hardest variation of the exercises I know what to do next and I know in the bottom it says what I can do but I still wanna keep the ones in the app and just make those harder so I can improve and I kinda don’t wanna learn new exercises because it doesn’t teach you in the app like for example for the one leg squats it says in the bottom to do sissy squats but it doenst show you how and it doesn’t tell you how many reps or sets you should do for that exercise.

You don’t need new exercises. You just need to make the same ones harder. Once you max out a movement, you’ve got a few levers. Slow the reps down, add pauses, increase range of motion, and clean up form to where there’s zero momentum.
Example, instead of normal reps, do a 3 second down, pause, then up. Or hold the hardest part of the movement for a few seconds each rep. Or add an extra set. You can also bias one side more, like slight weight shifts, slower eccentrics, or longer holds. That builds strength without needing a whole new movement.
So don’t stress about learning new stuff. Just take what you already do and squeeze more quality out of it.
