Just tried to start on the first level but on the warm up, jumping jacks are high impact on your knees. Is there a program for someone starting at level -5?

Yeah, for sure. If jumping jacks bother your knees, don’t do them. You can absolutely treat this like a level before Level 1.
Just swap them for something easier and lower impact, like marching in place, step jacks, or a short walk. The warm-up is just there to get you moving a bit, not to beat your joints up before you even start.
So yeah, “level negative 5” is totally fine. Starting easier is way better than forcing stuff that feels rough on your knees.
