There is a prompt at the bottom of my home page for quick 60 second workout. It says to do 10 seated good mornings. I have no idea what that is and I could not find it in any of the videos. It gave a small description but unfortunately not descriptive enough for me. Is there a place on the app that I could see a video of this or a few pictures to get the idea? Maybe I am just not looking in the right spot.
