If you’re a complete beginner, I’d recommend starting with Level 1. It’s designed for people starting from scratch and helps you build strength, mobility, and good habits gradually without jumping in too deep.
Don’t worry if some of the exercises feel easy at first. The goal is to build a solid foundation and stay consistent.
Take your time, focus on good form, and feel free to use easier variations if needed. Consistency matters way more than intensity when you’re just getting started anyway
