can i do a calisthenics routine while having to do Physiotherapy exercises?#1864

never exercised before, just some warmup with knee pushups, sit ups before volleyball. i wanted to start the 6 day calisthenics routine (push up leg raises, pullups squats, bridges twists, repeat and sunday rest) but i also need to do 120 minute of Physiotherapy exercises for scoliosis and hyperkyphosis a week, 20 minutes daily with sunday rest. can i combine the calisthenics routine with them? or it will break the rest of muscles? the exercises for my back are 4 of 5 minutes, so i do a rep and rest some seconds, rep and rest until 5 minutes passes for exercise: 1: Sit with your back against a wall. self correct. Raise your arms, keeping them straight, and press your hands and head against the wall. Lift one foot and then the other, repeating the movement 8 times. 2: In a seated position with your back (below the shoulders) resting against the table and your elbows supported: extend the thoracic spine while inhaling, followed by four alternating arm extensions. 3: Stand with one leg in front of the other. Self-correct. Bend the knee and shift the shoulders forward. Perform a lunge while extending the torso with the help of the arms. Push the arms (kept straight) backward 8 times. 4: Lie face down with your arms at your sides. Lift your shoulders and arms off the ground for 8 seconds.
