Can I build my thighs and quads with only squat?. I don’t have access to any equipment or gym. How many months will it take me to see progress and growth

Hey. This is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
Yeah, you can definitely build your quads and thighs with squats, especially if you’re newer to training.
The main thing is that they still need to get harder over time. Since you don’t have weights, that can mean doing more reps, slowing the reps down, pausing at the bottom, using narrower squats, split squats, or eventually single-leg variations (my favorite)
If you just do the exact same easy squats forever, eventually your body will adapt and progress will slow down.
As far as how long it takes, you can usually start noticing strength changes within a few weeks, but visible muscle growth usually takes a couple months of consistent training and eating enough protein/calories to support it.
So yeah, squats can absolutely work. Just make sure you keep progressing them instead of staying at the same difficulty forever.💪

Noted, thank you. Is it possible to build the area around the hip since I cannot change my hip structure

Yeah, absolutely. You can’t change your actual hip bone structure, but you can build the muscles around it and change how the area looks.
The biggest ones would be your glutes, especially the upper/side glutes (glute med/min) plus your thighs. Things like squats, lunges, split squats, glute bridges, hip thrusts, and side leg raises can all help build that area.
Just keep in mind genetics still play a role in where you naturally carry muscle and fat, so you can shape the area more, but you can’t completely redesign your skeleton lol
