I’ve been stuck at 10 advanced incline push-ups for a while. How can I increase my reps and get stronger?

Hey. This is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid.
I’d stop trying to max out every set for a bit.
Try doing 3–4 sets of around 6–8 really clean reps instead, with a couple minutes of rest. Then slowly add reps over time. You can also finish with an easier incline and get some extra reps in without your form falling apart.
Basically, build more good reps below your max instead of constantly fighting rep 11. Then every couple weeks, test it again and see where you’re at. Reach back out to me if you need more help

Noted, thank you. Do walking, squats, reverse lunges, advanced incline push-ups, leg raises, lateral lunges, and side leg raises help me lose weight while still eating at maintenance? Or does walking in general helps to lose weight without being in a calorie deficit

This is Chrys, one of the trainers at Hybrid. Walking and those exercises can help, but if you’re eating at maintenance for your current activity level, your weight should stay roughly the same over time. If you add walking without eating more, you might create a deficit even though your food intake hasn’t changed. That’s how it could lead to weight loss. The exercise is still useful for your fitness even if the scale isn’t moving.
