Hello, I’m quite a beginner I truly appreciate all the knowledge and information you share to get started but, I’m curious as to why there isn’t a pre-workout routine or warm-up? I see the hybrid routine for example but nothing to maybe prepare our bodies before starting it to avoid injuries, muscle pain and such (pain ≠ soreness, since that’s pretty unavoidable)
I’m unsure if I just haven’t been able to find the warm-up routine here but if there isn’t one I’d really appreciate if you could add it or clarify if it’s not needed
