What can I do to warm up for exercising and cooling down after? I know people should stretch to cool down but what stretches?

For stretches during a cool down, it depends on what muscles you worked out! Any muscles that put in work should get a good stretch.
Honestly, anything you do for a warm up, you can also do for a cool down! The idea is to increase blood flow, which readies your muscles pre-workout and promotes recovery post-workout.
Just in case though, here are a couple of solid stretch routines for the upper and lower body.

In some future release of the app, can similar things be included? Basically, appropriate warmup and cool down exercises based on the workouts that are being suggested for that day.
I started using hybrid calisthenics as a complete beginner around 2 weeks ago and I was following the app blindly. But, a friend asked me to do proper warm up and cool down exercises (like I said, being a complete noob, I had no idea 🥲). So, having a few of these movements built into the daily routines would be great for people like me!
