Lunges#282

We had to do lunges for class, forward and side, and I was wondering if there were progressions there as I am very wobbly going forward and my hips pop doing sides

Hey there Riley :)

The simplest way to regress both of those lunge variations would be to assist yourself by holding on to something, and/or to limit the range of motion you’re utilising (so not going as deep into the lunge)

Of course try to over time lessen the assistance and use a more full range of motion :)
