
I have just started the Hybrid Routine at all the first levels, but unfortunately there is no wall, door frame or pole in my home that allows me enough space, stability or grip to perform the Wall Pullups. Can anyone recommend an alternative exercise so I can still target the same muscles?
I have one dumbbell with a couple different weight options, so I was thinking of bent-over rows, but that seems to mainly be focussed on targeting back muscles, so I’m not sure it’s a good replacement for pullups. Any ideas?

Bent Over Rows are fantastic for that! (Actually just finished bent over rows 2 hrs ago). Pullups ans Bent Over Rows target the same muscle groups: Back and Biceps. Absolutely use it as an alternative 😁

Well rowing exercises are like the only back exercises u can do in replacement of pullups as you can’t do any other vertical pulling exercises. If you have a pullup bar, maybe start off with eccentric overhand/underhand pullups?
But you can use bent-over rows as a replacement for inverted rows.
