Wrist Pain after 100 push ups#412

Hi Hybrid Calisthenics!

Love your material and am so impressed with your growth into a full-blown fitness company.

I had a question regarding wrist pain caused by trying to do too many push-ups to quickly. My fiancee and I were excited to try the 100-push ups a day challenge, but I was not able to make it past day 3 due to sharp pain in my wrist. I believe that it is just an overuse injury, but even after 2-3 weeks, I am still feeling pain in my left wrist.

All of that for a short question. Is there any stretches or light exercises I can do to help my wrist heal?

I actually woudlnt stretch it at all. Try and leave it alone as much as possible to let it heal. Unfortunately i can speak from exeprience here but youll be much better off. Once its fully healed, work on strengthening both wrists and as you do, only then do you start wrist mobility training👍
