Adding Yoga to the Routine#423

Alongside the Hybrid Routine 2.0 , I also want to add Yoga with Adriene’s Daily Yoga Practices. Is there a way I can make this into a safe, productive routine (including warmups and post-workout stretches) ?

Absolutely! Hybrid 3 to 5x/week or what is recommended in the program. Yoga 3 to 4x/week. Great balance for strength and flexibility
