
Am I understanding it correctly that if I hit the max repetition of a set in the level 3 standard (e.g. push-up #1 it’s three sets of 50 so max rep per set is 50) I should stop and aim do get max repitiotion for max set. Or should I always aim for failure on each set?
If you can do the standard, then move on. If you cant, then do it to failure. For maybe not max set, but 3 or somehting close to that

You’re exactly right Daniel, if you’re already meeting the standard on the first set, then you just stop your set there
So you could potentially do 55, but you stop at 50 because that’s where the standard is, and then try to get 50 in the remaining sets too!
