
Hi, im looking into doing hybrid routine along my cardio to lose weight i dont particuraly care about gaining a lot of strenght. i have no place to do pullups or australian pullups or anything in that category. According to hybrid routine 2.0 you shoudl do pullups on tuesdays and fridays. since i cant what could i be doing instead or should i just skip them all together since i cant do any of those.

Hampton also has DIY rings on youtube, as well as some other “no pullup bar” alternatives, and hey, maybe you can find something in your environment, people have gotten very creative so maybe there’s something for you too
Otherwise, as the blog also says - if you have any thing decently heavy, you can do bent-over rows
or elbow presses if you really have nothing at all
I wouldn’t recommending skipping it if you any sort of choice - but if you really can’t find anything then you could still do some no-equipment bodyweight exercises such as T / Y / I Raises

pullup bar and rings are not an option and goign to gym/doing stuff outsite not possible due to anxiety.
Elbow Press and Bent-Over Rows look doable. can you recommend how progress with those?
Bent-Over Rows - increse reps per set then increse weight? at what weight should i start?
Elbow Press - increse reps per set then increase height?

You got it exactly right :) You can also adjust your body position with the elbow presses
I can’t tell you what weight will be right for you, but use one that you can do at least 5 reps with, but preferrably no more than 30, so anywhere between that is totally okay!
My personal recommendation is trying to stick to somewhere between 10-15 reps for these exercises
