Hello.
I’ve been following the hybrid routine for a few days and I love it. The problem is that I’m quite tall and the pull up bar I have, is a little low for me. So the only way I can do pull ups is to bent my legs, and I also can’t do hanging leg raises properly because of the same problem. What can I do to not lose the benefits of the pull ups and hanging leg raises? and is it ok to bent my legs during pull ups?

Hey Mani :)
Bending your legs during the pullup isn’t really an issue so no worries there!
Regarding the leg raises you have 2 options
1) hang a bit more actively than passively, so that your arms are bent and you’re in a higher position and do your leg raises from there - that will of course be a good bit harder
2) simply only go down as far as the floor allows you to, the most challenging part of the movement is the middle / upper position anyway so it’s not too big of an issue really :)

Assisted pullups where the bar is lower to the ground with your feet out in front of you help with progression. In addition to leg raises on the floor😁

Bending your legs is not taking away from your pull-ups. You will still be benefitting from them. But for leg raises, they would end up being bent leg raises for you, if space is an issue, try them as Chrys suggested, leg raises on the floor. :)
