Is something wrong if I can’t do the beginner wall press lunges but can do the regular bodyweight lunges? My legs don’t bend correctly and I keep slipping no matter the shoe I’m wearing (or aren’t) and the wall I am practicing the lunges on.
It sounds like you might have the strength but are lacking the mobility - not sure why your foot is slipping though
If you have no problem with putting the load on your legs (aka your knees/ankles/hips don’t hurt), you could try going to a harder variation and see if you can maybe progress properly there without slipping (and still build up the mobility)
