I want to add some calisthenics to my cycling. What are some good routines that I can incorpoarte a couple times a week?

It would essentially cover your whole body pretty comprehensively - you could potentially add some hamstring slides on top of it since the hamstrings aren’t too well covered (apart from the bridges and a bit by the squats, but that’s both more indirect) by either cycling nor the routine!

Hi, I started Hybrid Calisthenics as a cyclist too! I used to cycle only and that was my only form of exercise. Now I cycle mainly to get to the training ground to practice calisthenics. I highly recomend this routine. :)
