
Hi, this is my first day
When I am doining knee raises, as I straighten my legs down I can feel my lower spine popping and moving like gears grinding, It isn’t painful just concerning
Is this normal ?

Quand tu fais cet exercice, tu dois bien contracter tes abdominaux pour eviter que le bas de ton dos ne se relève. Place une ceinture en dessous de ton dos en le faisant et si tu sais le retirer facilement alors il faut contracter un peu plus

To answer your question specifically; as long as there’s no pain, it isn’t really something you have to worry about, and it might very well go away as you make progress with your leg raises, bridges, and squats

This is usually from the glutes and lower back b being weak temporarily. The glute bridges in our Hybrid routine will also aid in this happening less frequently 😁
