Hi! I’m having an issue where whenever doing knee or leg raises, my hips pop when I lower my legs back down. Any idea what’s causing this and how I can fix it?

Hip popping during knee or leg raises might be due to tight hip flexors or weak stabilizing muscles. (My money is on tight hip flexors as that tends to be the case for mosr3 people) Focus on dynamic stretches for hip flexors before your workout. Strengthen your core with exercises like planks and incorporate controlled leg lowering exercises. Also check the Link Lars dropped!
