Leg raises alternative without lying on back?#1357

Do you have a suggestion how to proceed with leg raises if I’m not able to lie on my back I have a condition where I am not able to lie flat on my back, but I really wanna do this thing so do you have any ideas?

I would say your best option is to develop the necessary grip strength to work and progress with hanging knee/leg raises :) but there are some more options here too https://hybridcalisthenics.nolt.io/953

And you can of course always opt to do planks as well if that works with your condition! As well as seated knee tucks for an easier option
